: Trish Rost, President and Founder; I had a successful career in Marketing and Advertising when the idea of “design your own - purse parties” came to me. Working on the concept part time, it took me nearly 2 years to design the original 14 bags, choose the fabrics, and have the very first Madison Handbag party. In the few years since, the business has grown exponentially. I’ve been blessed to have so many fantastic women get involved, and I’ve been fortunate enough to leave my career to focus full time on Madison Handbags and spend more time with my children Becky and Brad.

: Melissa O’Reilly, Corporate Vice President of Sales; Madison Handbags has grown to more than 300 Sales Consultants over the last 5 years, but we are still a small, personal company. If you would like to be a part of a company that generates positive energy about handbags and the design it yourself concept, then you cannot go wrong by joining us! Our team consists of Consultants of all ages; Consultants who work full time and sell for extra income, Consultants who are raising their families who sell to get out of the house, and Consultants who have older children, but like to get out of the house and make money! : Leah Groff, Corporate Sales Trainer, Team Leader; Having been unsuccessful with other direct selling companies, I wasn't looking to start another new business. Then in January 2008 I hosted a Madison Handbags party and fell in love! When you truly believe in a company and their products it's amazing how much you will succeed ... and I've seen much success since I started as a Madison Handbags Consultant. Having a busy full time job and 2 young children, I always make time to build my business and work with my team. I'm so excited to see what the future brings!

I am a fourth grade teacher at a rural school in Upstate NY and have a husband and two toddlers. I still manage to have fun and make great money for family vacations and personal pampering!
