Ben Lott, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONSWith a background in organic food warehouse management, the transition to custom handbags has been an exciting one for Ben. Having operated warehouses and overseen personnel for over 16yrs, his attention to the details has served the company well. Ben coordinated every aspect of opening the first MHB production facility in Troy, NY, and has loved being part of the tremendous growth of the company. His degree in computer science has proven invaluable in the day to day operations of the facility.
Favorite Things: His kids, stunt driving in movies, traveling, live music, bonfires, and Disney.
Must-have Indulgence: Sushi.
Bucket List Item: To take his kids around the world.
Meghan Wallas, Manager of Customer ServiceMeghan fell in love with Madison Handbags in November of 2006 when she became a Consultant. Company growth led to the creation of a Customer Service Department and Meghan had years of experience that made her well qualified for the position. She holds a degree in child development and psychology and has a proven track record in the customer service field. Her passion for handbags and for helping to grow the company is evident by her smiling face and enthusiasm for all things Madison!
Favorite Things: Anything that makes her laugh- especially family and friends, enjoying life with her husband, squish-face kisses from her son, chocolate, and hot tea.
Must-have indulgence: Great smelling lotions and perfumes.

Sandy Washburn, Manager of Public Relations & CommunicationsFor Sandy, her position with Madison Handbags is a unique opportunity to mix her love of writing, photography, and design all into one. As Manager of Public Relations & Communications, Sandy has the awesome task of spreading the word about a product and company that she believes deeply in. With a degree in business, she brings to MHB a unique background in recreation, volunteer coordination, non-profit work, and event planning.
Favorite Things: Time spent with family, country line dancing, conversations with friends, HGTV design shows, a new fallen snow, sunsets, firetrucks, and holiday decorations.
Must-have indulgence: Gourmet jelly beans, flavored hot tea, and scented candles.

Kristen Nunziato, Business ManagerKristen shares her creativity and organization in the position of Business Manager at MHB. With a degree in Education and experience both in that setting and in real estate marketing, she offers diversity with a savvy business edge. A passionate cook... she is the first to share a great recipe around the lunch table!
Favorite Things: Boating and jet skiing with family, shopping, reading, cooking for her favorite guy, family dinner night at mom’s house.
Must-have indulgence: Gerbera daisies and Adam’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake.

Pat O’Malley, Corporate Director of SalesPat brings to MHB a love of life, her infectious laugh, and an incredibly genuine compassion for people. With over 20 years of experience in direct sales and having reached the pinnacle of success in the industry, she will tell you that her absolute favorite part is the people. Hostesses, Consultants, Leaders…she loves them all! Pat has a proven track record of accomplishments in training leaders and in helping people achieve their goals.
